For anyone in the UK who wants to do it themselves, calmly.

A 45-minute video call, then a plan pack: a timeline for the day, a shortlist of up to 6 local suppliers with prices you can check, a shopping list with quantities, a styling board, and one round of changes.
Plan within 5 working days of the call. Book at least 2 weeks before the party.

Styled and Set
A birthday or milestone party at home or in a hall, where you run the day.

Everything in The Party Plan, plus Laura sets up and styles the room for up to 2 hours before guests arrive, then leaves you to enjoy it.
Book at least 3 weeks ahead.

The Party Day
A children's party, a milestone party, or a small business launch or networking evening, up to 50 guests.

Everything in Styled and Set, plus Laura stays for up to 3 hours to run the timeline (suppliers, food timings, the order of the day; for a launch, the welcome desk and guest list), then up to 1 hour of pack-down.
Parents look after the children; Laura looks after the party.

The Wedding Day
A small wedding, up to 60 guests.

Laura joins 6 weeks before: 2 planning calls, a full run sheet, supplier confirmations in the final weeks, then up to 10 hours on the day running it, from set-up to the last supplier.

Up to 12 hours of planning (calls, supplier search, a budget tracker, the run sheet), then everything in The Wedding Day or The Party Day on the day.

More guests, more days, or more than one venue.
Written quote after a free call
Built on the same hourly basis as the packages. The quote lists every hour and every line before anything is booked.
Quote within 3 working days of the call.
The four marks show which parts of the day each package covers. Pack-down with Planned Together follows the on-the-day package it includes.

One digital invitation in the party's styling, 2 rounds of changes, a phone-ready image and a print-ready PDF.

Wedding stationery suite

The invitation, a details or RSVP card, and the on-the-day set (menu, place card, table plan, welcome sign) as print-ready files. Printing is optional and quoted in writing before you order.
10 working days for the designs.
Not in the price
These are bought from your plan, at their own price, so nothing is added later:
- Decorations, balloons, flowers and props from the shopping list
- Venue hire, food and drink, and the cake
- Entertainers, inflatables and photographers
- Printing of invitations and stationery, quoted before you order
- Travel beyond Laura's local area, set out before you book
